We are seeking a dependable and motivated Equipment Operator to become part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment and a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, skid steers, and other machinery
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and cargo as needed
• Inspect machinery before and after operation to ensure proper working condition
• Report maintenance needs, mechanical issues, or repair concerns promptly
• Follow all company safety policies and job site procedures
• Assist with general labor duties when required
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment in construction, trucking, or related industries preferred
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate machinery in various job site conditions
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail
