Job Details

Our client in the industrial automation industry is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Fayetteville, AR. The Logistics Coordinator keeps materials moving in and out of the facility by handling receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping paperwork. In this role, you will make sure materials are handled safely, accurately, and on time to support projects, daily operations, and customer commitments.

The Logistics Coordinator plays a key part in driving operational excellence and supports our client's mission to be a trusted partner in industrial automation. This position reports to the Director of Operations and Supply Chain Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and unload incoming materials, identify them, and move them to assigned locations using approved methods and equipment
Pick, pack, prepare kits, stage, and move materials within the facility for project and production needs
Accurately complete receiving, shipping, move, issue, and other transactions in the ERP system or on paperwork
Prepare labels, packing lists, and shipping documents for inbound and outbound shipments
Support cycle counts and help keep inventory locations accurate
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in good order
Inspect materials for visible damage, incorrect quantities, or paperwork issues, and report problems right away
Follow all safety rules, material-handling procedures, and standard work at all times
Support warehouse and dock operations as assigned

Qualifications

Required

0–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, stockroom, shipping/receiving, or material handling
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work safely with material-handling equipment and follow warehouse procedures
Ability to read and complete basic shipping documents

Preferred

Basic computer, scanner, or ERP system skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and Deltek Vision (or a similar ERP system)
International shipping experience
Forklift certification

Physical Requirements

Regularly stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, and kneel throughout the shift
Use hands to handle materials, equipment, and scanners
Communicate clearly with team members by talking and listening
Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
