Full-Time Night Auditor Night Auditor is a key role in front desk operations as the resort is open 24/7. All associates working the front desk are vital to the overall experience guests will have, beginning at check‑in. As the late shift auditor, you work without management supervision, assisting in closing out the business day for our outlets as well as checking in guests during non‑traditional hours. We are looking for someone who enjoys working semi‑independently, has a night‑time personality, and a high sense of responsibility. Role Responsibilities Guest check‑in and check‑out procedures. Process credit card transactions and other daily transactions for restaurant, events, outlets, and lounge. Handle phone system, transferring calls, reservations, etc. Verify, balance and review hotel room availability. Administer guest payment policies and look for errors from the day shift. Prepare folios for the morning departing guests. Maintain overall lobby appearance. Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures. Report unsafe issues and activities which may arise.
