Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast. Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 paid each Friday by direct deposit | Additional compensation for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeks Running Area: Drivers cover regional freight lanes across the Northeast and portions of the Midwest. Runs average around 250 miles, supporting regular freight movement without extended time between stops. About 50% of loads are drop and hook to help keep freight moving efficiently Regional freight is no-touch, so drivers aren't responsible for loading or unloading Home Time: Drivers operate Monday through Friday and are off Saturday and Sunday | The weekly 48-hour reset provides consistent weekend home time Your Truck Late-model 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia assigned to each CDL-A driver with no slip seating Refrigerator, battery-powered APU, 1,500-watt inverter, double bunks, SiriusXM, and 24-inch HD TV Health Coverage Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance Delta Dental coverage plus 401(k) with company match after 60 days Paid vacation and holidays once established Family Friendly Passengers age 13 and older can ride for a minimal weekly cost | Dogs are welcome regardless of breed or size with no additional charge Equipment Assigned Cascadias are maintained on schedule and set up for time on regional routes.
