Order Picker/ Inventory WarehouseMonroe Freightliner, Monroe, MichiganDescriptionMonroe Freighliner is currently hiring for an Order Picker/Warehouse Associate who will keep track of inventory, pull orders and pick parts. You will be responsible for working directly with the Parts Department, by performing tasks such as receiving inventory, storing, and distributing materials and products. This role ensures that the warehouse is organized, inventory is accurately maintained, and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner to meet the needs of the business and its customers.Key Responsibilities:Cycle CountsReceive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage.Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders, and manage the inventory of products.Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, such as forklifts, to move materials and products.Maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Communicate and coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any issues.Assist in the organization and optimization of warehouse space for maximum efficiency.Perform regular inventory counts and assist in the reconciliation of discrepancies.Provide support in loading and unloading trucks and deliveries.Assist in the training of new warehouse employees and provide guidance as needed.OverviewSalary Range$17.00 - $20.00 HourlyBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceSupplemental voluntary insurances available.Life Insurance is fully funded by the employerEmployee assistance programEmployee discountPaid time offBirthday day offRecognition for longevityParental leaveReferral programHealth Club/Recreation Center membership reimbursementsEmployee Team Member Programs and more!Required Education:High school diploma or equivalentRequired Experience:Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environmentFamiliarity with warehouse operations and proceduresExperience with inventory management systems is a plusRequired Skills and Abilities:Strong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to lift and move heavy objects safelyProficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office SuiteEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing prioritiesBasic understanding of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting #J-18808-Ljbffr VALLEY FREIGHTLINER OF TOLEDO INC
