Xray Technician

CT/X Ray TechWe are seeking an experienced CT/X-Ray Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a clinical healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both X-ray and CT procedures, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and provide compassionate, professional patient care.Location: Machias ME 04654Duration: 13 weeksPay-rate: $54-$60/hrShift: 12 Hour night shifts. W-FResponsibilities:Perform diagnostic X-ray and CT imaging procedures according to established protocols.Prepare and position patients appropriately for examinations.Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.Operate and maintain imaging equipment safely and effectively.Accurately document patient information and imaging procedures.Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.Follow applicable safety, infection-control, and radiation-protection standards.Utilize multiple computer systems and electronic medical records as required.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.Current ARRT certification/registration.Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.Current BLS certification.Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.CT/X-ray experience preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Proficiency in using multiple computer systems and healthcare technology.About generis tek: generis tek is a boutique IT/professional staffing based in Chicago land.
