Sr. Scientist - Environmental Monitoring

Senior Scientist position focused on environmental monitoring in a GMP laboratory setting at a Boston-area customer site. Role involves conducting microbiology and contamination testing while supporting drug development through sustained technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental monitoring tests including bioburden, endotoxin, and conductivity analysis
- Execute laboratory procedures according to GMP standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage multiple testing projects while maintaining timelines and quality accuracy
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on testing protocols and results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, or related lab science
- 4+ years of experience comparable to senior scientist level, or Master's degree with 2+ years, or PhD
- Experience performing bioburden, endotoxin, and conductivity testing in GMP environments
- Microbiology background preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- US work authorization without sponsorship required
Compensation: $95,000–$100,100 base
