Senior Electrical Engineer

Leading project execution and technical development, the full-time Senior Electrical Engineer will coordinate engineering tasks, manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while working onsite or remotely across various locations including Lakewood, CO, and West Chester, PA. Key responsibilities Oversee the planning and development of engineering designs, technical research, and construction documentation for assigned projects Ensure efficient project completion by tracking deliverables, costs, and quality, while communicating progress to clients and stakeholders Lead and mentor a design team, making critical design decisions and checking the work of staff assigned to projects Required qualifications B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience Registered Professional Engineer with an active NCEES account and ability to obtain registration in additional states Experience with EVSE, microgrids, solar energy facilities, or data centers is preferred Proficiency in CAD programs, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with knowledge of 3D modeling being a plus Ability to complete arc flash studies and maintain relevant safety certifications, including OSHA and HAZWOPER
