As we grow our operations in the USA, we are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance & HR Manager to manage and support our company in both processes. Position Overview We are looking for a fulltime hands‑on Senior Accountant to oversee the day‑to‑day financial administration and human resources operations for our growing U.S. business. This role combines financial accounting, reporting, payroll coordination, compliance, recruitment support, employee administration, and operational follow‑up. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in finance who is looking to broaden their experience in HR. In this role, you will report directly to the CFO. Key Responsibilities Finance Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting activities (AP, AR, GL accounting) Coordinate month‑end and year‑end closing activities and prepare supporting documentation Prepare and review financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow updates, and management reporting Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and internal stakeholders as needed HR Responsibilities Manage HR administration, including employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel documentation Coordinate payroll input and benefits administration in collaboration with external payroll and benefits providers Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding preparation Ensure HR processes comply with applicable employment laws, company policies, confidentiality requirements, and internal procedures Act as a reliable point of contact for employees and management on HR‑related administrative matters Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of relevant accounting and HR experience Excellent organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and follow‑up skills Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential Profile Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable working independently while staying closely aligned with management Able to balance operational detail with a broader business perspective Service‑minded and approachable, with strong judgment and discretion Accurate, structured, and reliable in meeting deadlines and maintaining high‑quality records What We Offer Competitive salary Miami office (remote work option available) Comprehensive benefits package & retirement plans A collaborative and growth‑focused work environment How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your qualifications to View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr
