Data Partnerships Lead

Lead the strategy and growth of data partnerships that enable companies to contribute operational workflow data for AI training and evaluation. You will own strategic partner relationships while building the team, processes, and commercial playbooks needed to scale the function across industries.

• Define and execute the strategy for sourcing, acquiring, and expanding data partnerships.
• Build, hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Data Partnerships Managers.
• Create scalable pipeline-generation strategies, outbound approaches, and partnership playbooks.
• Personally manage relationships with high-value partner companies and executive stakeholders.
• Coach team members on discovery, qualification, negotiation, and consultative partnership development.
• Develop repeatable frameworks to evaluate opportunities and prioritize the highest-impact companies.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, and Data teams to strengthen partner onboarding and the overall partner experience.
• Establish reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics to improve acquisition efforts.
• Help shape pricing, partnership structures, commercial strategy, and market positioning.
• Build a team culture centered on execution, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

• Experience leading Business Development, Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales teams in high-growth environments.
• A record of building repeatable partnership or commercial acquisition programs from the ground up.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing customer-facing teams.
• Executive presence and the ability to build trusted relationships with founders, operators, and senior business leaders.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and experience with commercial agreements, B2B partnerships, prospecting, consultative sales methods, and complex partnership cycles.
• Comfort discussing AI, data privacy, security, confidentiality, and data ownership with executive stakeholders.
• An entrepreneurial, execution-oriented approach and willingness to build systems from scratch.

• Experience leading Strategic Partnerships or Business Development organizations in AI, SaaS, data, marketplaces, or technology.
• Venture Capital experience, especially investment or platform roles with a strong startup ecosystem network.
• Private Equity portfolio operations, value creation, or similar experience supporting operational initiatives across portfolio companies.
• Familiarity with data licensing, data acquisition, or emerging AI infrastructure markets.

• Full-time, remote position.

• Advertised compensation range: $250, 000 to $400, 000 per year.
• National base salary range: $130, 000 to $180, 000 per year.
• Employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, depending on role and company policy.
