LivWell Behavioral is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support children and families in our Glendale outpatient center. You will guide clients from intake through discharge with individualized, coordinated, and compassionate care in a collaborative team environment. Qualifications include a bachelor's in social work, psychology, or related field, plus 1 year of relevant experience.
