Warehouse Associate

We're looking for dependable, motivated Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution team in Canton, MA. If you enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer and store orders for shipment
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stock replenishment
Operate warehouse equipment and scanning devices as trained
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Basic computer and RF scanner experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
