Job Title: Medical Assistant (CMA)
Location: Elk River
Employment Type: Permanent
Schedule: Day Shift | 8 Hours/Day
Weekend Requirement: None
On-Call Requirement: None
Openings: 1 Position
Pay Range: $22.23 – $27.37/hr (based on experience)
Must-Have Requirements – Medical Assistant Candidates
High School Diploma or GED
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES or CAAHEP)
OR accredited RMA program with certification
Previous clinical experience
Passed X-Ray Operator Examination
Current BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
Must-Have Requirements – LPN Candidates
Active Minnesota LPN License
Previous clinical experience
Passed X-Ray Operator Examination
Current BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
Core Responsibilities
Manage patient flow throughout the clinic
Assist providers with patient care and treatments
Support care for all age groups including pediatrics and geriatrics
Collaborate with clinic supervisors, providers, and healthcare teams
Perform delegated clinical duties within scope of practice
Communicate patient progress, concerns, and care updates
