We're seeking motivated Night Shift Warehouse Selectors to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Cloquet, MN. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supplying restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, and other customers throughout the Upper Midwest.This is more than a warehouse job. The harder you work, the more you can earn through our incentive program. That's why we offer a competitive starting wage of $21.50 per hour, with performance incentives that can increase your earnings to $28.00+ per hour.What You'll DoAs a Night Shift Warehouse Selector, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time and in excellent condition. Every shift, you'll use warehouse technology and electric pallet jacks to accurately select customer orders, build pallets, and prepare shipments for delivery across the Upper Midwest. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where your effort directly impacts customer satisfaction and the success of our operation. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and seeing the results of your work every day, you'll thrive in this role.Your Responsibilities Include:Accurately selecting customer orders while meeting productivity and quality standardsBuilding, wrapping, and securing pallets for safe transportationOperating electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safelyVerifying products for accuracy, quality, and damage-free conditionTransporting completed orders to designated shipping areasPerforming equipment inspections and following all safety proceduresMaintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environmentWorking closely with teammates to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on scheduleIs This Job Right for You?This position is ideal for people who enjoy an active work environment and take pride in accomplishing measurable goals. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.Qualified candidates will have:The ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 pounds regularly and more than 100 pounds occasionallyComfort working in dry, refrigerated, and freezer environments ranging from -10&degree;F to 85&degree;FBasic math and communication skillsThe ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment, including electric pallet jacksReliable attendance and a team-first attitudeA commitment to accuracy, safety, and delivering quality work every shiftThis is a physically demanding role that's perfect for individuals who prefer staying active rather than sitting behind a desk. It requires the ability to work 8+ hours but may be able to leave early if team completes work ahead of the schedule.
