Senior Product Manager - Internal Processes (Fully Remote)

Infuse

Define the vision and direction for internal systems and process improvements in partnership with leadership.
Lead initiatives from ambiguous business problems through discovery, design, delivery, adoption, and measurable results.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience in Product, Project, Business Analysis, or transformation roles within digital companies.
Proven ability to analyze and re-engineer business processes and implement internal products or automation solutions.
Practical experience with AI, automation, and no-code/low-code tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make; fluent English.
