JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for Swim Instructors who are outgoing, entrepreneurially-minded, and passionate about physical activity, balanced nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.

The responsibility of a FITNESS SF Trainer falls into the following general categories:

• Member Service

• Pool Area Management

• Fitness Service

• Personal Accountability

• Client Interaction

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain personal swimming client relationships

• Instruct clients in physical exercise while maintaining a safe physical environment at all times

• Create written progressive and scalable exercise programs for clientele

• Facilitate the personal training sales process

• Professionally represent FITNESS SF at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (required)

• CPR/AED certification (required)

• 1-3 yrs of previous swim instruction experience (individual/group)

• Ability to swim 750 yards continuously

• Ability to swim all 4 strokes including flip turns.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possess honesty and personal integrity

• Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge in the area of swimming

• Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills

• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Position requires spending time in the water.

Job Types: Full-time achievable, Part-time starting

Pay: $42,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year

Job Types: Part-time with potential for full-time.

Pay: $16.35 - $45.00 per hour
