Engineer Professional Engineer (PE) - Pressure Vessels & Storage Tanks A growing industrial fabrication company is seeking a Professional Engineer (PE) to lead design and engineering efforts for pressure vessels, storage tanks, and heavy industrial equipment across energy, chemical, and municipal projects. What You'll Do:
- Lead design & analysis for ASME pressure vessels and API storage tanks
- Establish project design criteria from specs, contracts, and customer requirements
- Perform/review calculations and approve engineering documents
- Oversee drafting teams and review fabrication drawings for accuracy & constructability
- Ensure compliance with ASME, API, AWWA, and applicable codes
- Provide hands-on support to fabrication and field teams (troubleshooting, modifications, etc.)
- Collaborate with PMs, inspectors, and clients to drive project success
- Active PE license (PA preferred or ability to obtain)
- 5+ years in pressure vessels, tank design, or heavy industrial equipment
- Strong knowledge of ASME Section VIII and/or API 650
- Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, and engineering calculations
