TravelNurseSource is working with GSK SOLUTIONS INC to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Concord, Massachusetts, 01742!

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg / Telemetry ($3,768/Week)

Location: Concord, MA
Contract: 13 Weeks (08/17/2026 – 11/14/2026)
Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3x12 | 36 Hours/Week
Weekly Pay: Up to $3,768/week (Travel)
Candidate Type: Local & Travel Accepted (Local pay is $8/hour less than travel rate)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult MedSurg and Telemetry patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly respond to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and patient education according to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements to Apply

• Active Massachusetts RN License
• BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 3 years of MedSurg/Telemetry RN experience
• Previous Travel RN experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Meditech EMR experience required
• Must be willing to float to similar units
• Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Must successfully complete the Telemetry competency test during orientation
