We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations and lead a team of associates in a fast-paced environment.

Warehouse Lead Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift ( Sunday through Wednesday from 07:00am to 05:30pm )
- Lead for an assigned warehouse department while providing support and flexibility across other departments as needed.
- Respond promptly to requests from Brand Management and Inventory Management teams.
- Directly support and oversee an assigned group of warehouse associates.
- Delegate and assign daily work to team members based on business needs and priorities.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment by leading by example. Assist with order-related problems and identify quick, effective solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members through encouragement, active listening, coaching, and clear direction.
- Work across DTC, Shipping, Receiving, and Problem Solve functions as a lead or associate based on business needs.
Warehouse Lead Qualifications:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Proficient experience with Google Suite, WMS (Shelf preferred), Asana (or similar task management software)
- Strong problem-solving and motivational skills
- Ability to motivate employees to maximize their efforts in productivity and quality
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
