Imagine starting your shift with a tray of freshly machined manifold blocks. You study each passageway, choose the right hand or power tool, and methodically remove burrs and debris so fluid can move flawlessly through every channel. You update the ERP system as you go, keep your bench tidy, and jump in with teammates to hit customer commitments. That’s a typical day for our Hydraulic Manifold Deburr Specialist.

• Identify and remove debris inside components per work instructions using hand tools, power tools, and dedicated equipment.
• Handle and process parts to meet quality, throughput, efficiency, and customer specification targets.
• Communicate proactively about expedited orders, part quality concerns, and inventory record corrections.
• Promote and practice safe behaviors; suggest improvements to safety procedures.
• Keep your work area organized and audit-ready.
• Record accurate transactions and maintain data integrity in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals; assist with other tasks as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year relevant experience preferred (manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred).
• Comfortable with common hand and power tools.
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize based on customer needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality.

• Distribution and Valve: There are periodic high noise levels and vibration associated with this job. Sources include: engine noise, air compressors, air powered equipment, and other shop noises.
• There are potential of physical hazards in which there is danger to life, health, or bodily injury, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving equipment, heavy parts, electrical shock, compressed air and exposure to chemicals.

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and up to 25 lbs. of force on a regular basis through the day, depending on work related circumstances.
• Must be able to lift objects from floor to waist level. Must be able to move objects/parts/tools and equipment from one area to another and one level to another level.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Standing or Sitting for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Reaching – extending and pulling the hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction while working with various tools as mentioned above.
• Handling - seizing, holding, grasping, turning, pulling, or otherwise working with hands and arms.
• Pulling – using arms in such a way as pulling of tools, wrenches, parts, and equipment to complete the job.
• Manual dexterity – picking, pinching, or otherwise working with fingers primarily.
• Feeling – being able to determine objects such as size, shape, temperature or texture by means of receptors in skin, particularly those of finger tips.
