Our founder built our 3 Pillar system (Structural Performance, Internal Performance, Mental Performance) because patients deserve more than a quick adjustment and a referral slip. Our patients get treated like pros, and we want our providers to feel the same way about their jobs. We are expanding our medical department and adding physical therapy as a core service line. That's where you come in. THE OPPORTUNITY: THIS IS A BUILDER'S ROLE We are not hiring a PT to fill a schedule someone else created. We are hiring the PT who will establish, grow, and own physical therapy at Fix Medical Group. That means this role is bigger than treatment. You will: Treat with real time and real autonomy. 60-minute one-on-one new patient evaluations. 30-minute one-on-one follow-ups. No aides running your plan of care, no double bookings. You get the time to build genuine therapeutic alliance with every patient, and the clinical freedom to use it. Convert care into commitment. Great clinical skills only matter if patients complete their plan of care. You know how to present findings clearly, connect the plan to what the patient actually cares about, and earn buy-in so patients say yes to the care they need and stay through discharge. If presenting a plan of care with confidence makes you uncomfortable, this isn't your role. If you see it as patient advocacy done well, it is. Grow the practice. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with our chiropractic and medical providers on shared patients, drive internal cross-referrals, and help bring new patients through the door through community relationships, workshops, screenings, and your own professional network. We provide the platform and the marketing support. You provide the initiative. Shape what comes next. Joining now means your fingerprints are on the protocols, the patient experience, and the growth of the PT service line. This is a ground-floor seat, not a static job. WHAT YOU GET Base salary of $85,000 to $115,000 based on experience, plus a performance incentive structure tied to the growth you create, with total compensation potential of $125,000 or more. When the program you build succeeds, you share in it directly. Protected treatment time. The 60/30 one-on-one model is the foundation of how we practice, not a recruiting promise. Mentorship that means something. Work directly with our clinical leadership team and learn the 3 Pillar system inside a truly integrative care model. A real CEU budget. $1,500 per year toward continuing education, so you keep growing instead of just maintaining your license. A predictable schedule. Monday through Friday, regular business hours. No mandatory weekends. Health insurance, paid time off, and a clear path to advancement as the PT department grows under your leadership. WHO THRIVES HERE A licensed PT with 2 or more years of outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience who is confident evaluating and treating independently from day one A self-starter who sees an open calendar as an opportunity to fill, not a problem to report Someone who builds strong therapeutic alliance naturally: patients trust you, follow your plan, and refer their friends A clinician comfortable with the business side of care : plan-of-care presentation, retention, reactivation, and community outreach A collaborator with strong communication skills who enjoys co-managing patients with chiropractors and medical providers REQUIREMENTS Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Active or transferable Arizona PT license Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred Genuine interest in sports medicine and integrative care WHAT HAPPENS NEXT Apply below.
