• Successfully leads and tracks training through Adobe.
• Leads communication for all company training expectations and systems.
• Ability to  teach classroom activities (OA, Safety & Security, and GMIT classes)
• Support and  participate in General Manager rally activities.
• Support rollout of new company products and/or training initiatives
• Communicate scheduled training  through company calendar.
• Hands on in-store training

SUPPORT BUILDING MARKET GENERAL MANAGER IN-TRAINING BENCH

• Communicate and support processes for company  career paths.
• Support in-store operation (keep the doors open and deliveries running)

 

Pay will be hourly plus trainer bonus. 

Qualifications

• Ability to work long hours and be on your feet long periods of time.
• Able to stand/sit and drive a vehicle for long periods of time; and
• Good hearing, visual, memory, writing, reading, math and organizational skills
• A helpful personality.
• The ability to work well with others and maintain professionalism at all times;
• The ability to develop and build professional relationships with staff and guests; and
• Great communication and leadership skills
• Must be able to pass an MVR
• Must be able to pass a management background.
