Our goal is to create compelling products without sacrificing quality or artistic integrity for allDuties/Responsibilities:Greet clients; provide a tour of the retail space while sharing the culture, vision, values of Gallery Dept.Determine clients needs and address any related concernsRespond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding customer serviceFollow-up with clients through callbacksPerform other reasonable job functions as assigned by an immediate supervisor and/or other managementStrong customer-service orientationOperating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawersSelf-motivated with an ardent desire to achieve personal and company defined monthly, quarterly, and annual goalsAbility to thrive in an environment of constant changeExceptional interpersonal skillsMaintain existing clientele and develop new client relationshipsSelf- starter, takes initiative to maintain individual productivity through strong client engagement, store maintenance, and teamworkSuperior product, merchandise knowledgeMaintain an orderly appearance and layout throughout the sales floorCross-selling products to increase purchase amountsCapture complete client information in POS to track purchase history and develop clientele relationshipsActively supports store maintenance on the floor and back of house, including but not limited to, controlling product pulled for client, folding, steaming, etc. and all items returned to respective zonesMaintains a positive work environment through teamwork, collaboration and communicationAttend daily meetings with team and sales supervisor to discuss scheduled appointments, product needs, and highlighted itemsMaintain and apply companies procedures and policies at all timesMaintain appropriate physical and apparel appearance utilizing uniform standards approved by retail managementRequired Skills/Abilities and Qualifications:Two years of retail sales experience preferably within a luxury retail environmentExcellent customer service and communication skillsMust be a strong team player, punctual, and excellent attendance recordAbility to multi-task, and prioritize tasksStrong professional and personable demeanorExceptional organizational and time management skillsProficient in computer skills Microsoft Office Suite, Mac, PCFamiliar with POS terminals, tablets, phoneAble to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or GED equivalent preferredMust sign an NDAPhysical Requirements:Comfortable standing for long periods of time, physically mobile; can lift up to 20 poundsJob Type:Full TimeBenefitsPTO
