Pediatric Observation & Safety Specialist

HAHHH is seeking an Observation Assistant to provide constant observation for high-risk patients and support safe patient handling under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will monitor patient safety, de-escalate when needed, assist with restraints as trained, and document changes in patient behavior precisely during each shift. Responsibilities include environmental safety checks, reporting hazards to the RN, accompanying patients to procedures, and helping with basic patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr HAHHH
