Responsibilities:Provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for a variety of Asset Management clients Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience; manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projectsManage a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients; build and manage client relationshipsOversee risk and financial performance of engagements including billing, collections, and project budgetsAdvise clients and be accountable for delivering high quality tax service and adviceParticipate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firmQualifications:Minimum five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firmBachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityLicensed CPA, EA or JD/LLM, in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line, your recruiter can provide you with that listPrior experience with pass-through entities, partnerships and corporationsExperience managing multiple client engagements and client service teamsExcellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to articulate complex informationKPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
