Your Key Responsibilities

• Employ advanced radiographic and CT imaging techniques to produce precise, high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation
• Engage in collaborative efforts with radiologists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure accurate diagnostic outcomes
• Correctly position patients and meticulously calibrate imaging equipment for enhanced results
• Uphold strict radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and colleagues
• Maintain accurate documentation, including imaging logs and details of equipment maintenance
• Offer empathetic patient support throughout the imaging process, ensuring their needs are heard and met
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and efficient imaging workspace

Educational Background

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandated; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
• Graduation from an accredited radiology program is a requirement

Certification Necessities

• ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is essential
• Current BLS certification required, or ability to obtain within 90 days post-hire

Essential Skills

• In-depth understanding of diagnostic imaging processes and safety regulations
• Superior communication capabilities with patients and fellow healthcare professionals
