As the primary liaison for executive-level reviews and key performance metrics, you’ll ensure seamless communication, coordination, and project management across the ADP build teams, contributing to the overall mission of excellence in production operations.What You Will Be Doing• Business Rhythm Management: Lead and continuously improve the build team business rhythm in line with the Focused Leader Engagement Management Operating System.• Performance Metrics Reporting: Collect, prepare, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Quality, FOD, Cost, and Schedule; provide analysis and feedback to senior leadership.• Meeting Facilitation: Support and facilitate recurring meetings, VIP engagements, and ad-hoc sessions; oversee scheduling and planning of these events.• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary contact for executive reviews, ensuring the consolidation of critical KPIs and smooth communication flow.• Project Management: Document, track, and follow up on action items, ensuring timely closure and elevating constraints as needed. Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's degree from accredited program• Prior experience managing cost schedule and - or technical performance.• Demonstrated Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint• Confluence and JIRA Workflow Experience• Technical role supporting Classified Program ExecutionDesired Skills• Experience giving persuasive presentations.• Demonstrated professional experience with Microsoft Office Suite.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Demonstrated leadership experience.• Ability to perform process improvement.• Proficient in analyzing and summarizing complex data.• Desire to learn manufacturing or have experience working in manufacturing.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
