Wastewater Treatment Engineering Leader
A leading multidisciplinary engineering firm is seeking an experienced Wastewater Treatment Engineering Leader to lead municipal and industrial treatment projects and support continued practice growth.
- 10+ years of water/wastewater consulting experience
- P.E. license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Lead treatment planning, process design, modeling, and optimization
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables
- Experience with BioWin, GPS-X, WaterCAD, SewerCAD , or similar software
- Strong knowledge of PFDs, P&IDs, treatment technologies, and regulatory requirements
- Support business development, proposals, client relationships, and presentations
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams
- Municipal and/or industrial treatment experience preferred
- Master’s degree, BCEE certification, and professional organization involvement are a plus
