CNC Operator and Precision Grind TechnicianWe are urgently seeking skilled CNC Operators and Precision Grind Technicians to join our team for both day and night shift operations. These roles are pivotal in supporting our production workflow and offer the chance to work with advanced manufacturing processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including Gen Mill with Mitsubishi controls.Load and unload materials to and from CNC machines.Monitor production quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Perform finishing grinding and sharpening of materials.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buellton, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
