Location & Shift 18465 Orchard Trl, Lakeville, MN 55044 Shift: Day/Evening (Wed‑Fri, 7:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.) Hours per week: 30 (10‑hour shifts, .75 FTE) Job Summary At Allina Health, our CT Technologists are essential in delivering accurate imaging that guides life‑saving care. Key Position Details $7,500 starting bonus available to eligible external talent 10‑hour day/evening shifts, Wednesday through Friday (7:00a.m.–5:00p.m.) .75 FTE (60 hours per two‑week pay period) Siemens experience preferred Cardiac experience preferred Responsibilities Performs and assists in CT scanning procedures under radiologist direction. Follows Imaging Department policies for safety, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness. Welcomes patients, explains procedures, and responds to questions during and after imaging. Completes procedures in compliance with physician orders and department guidelines. Uses two patient identifiers. Documents all required details accurately. Observes and communicates with patients, responding to needs. Maintains a safe patient environment. Performs procedures with a high degree of accuracy. Demonstrates knowledge of diagnostic equipment and maintains work competence. Gather relevant information to support image interpretation. Verifies proper image transfer to the Picture Archiving and Communication System. Provides accurate clerical functions using Excellian (electronic medical record). Ensures all documentation is complete post‑procedure. Communicates with supervisor and team; reports problems, issues, or ideas. Provides assistance and ideas to support the work of others. Complete other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Graduate of an Accredited School of Radiologic Technology. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Registration in the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART). One year of cardiac CT experience preferred for applicants to Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute locations. Licenses & Certifications Registered Technologist – the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required. Must meet at least one of the following BLS certifications: Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross. Allina in‑house BLS training (within 30 days of hire). Physical Demands Medium work – lifts up to 32lbs. occasionally (Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25lbs. frequently. Pay Range $38.52 to $52.80 per hour.
