Our Receptionist will be responsible for greeting arriving visitors and guests. In addition, will also be accountable to all calls coming into the corporate phone number.Responsibilities:Greet customers/visitors in the Receptionist area, sign in and distribute visitor badges.Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls to the appropriate department.Maintain an orderly office appearance, ensure the adequacy of all office supplies and forms, perform other related duties as necessary and assigned.Order office supplies and maintain inventory.Sort incoming mail and faxes to assigned company mailboxes.Schedule hotel reservations for travel arrangements.Assist Inside Sales with processing and entering orders in AS400 as needed.Data entryMust be able to multitask and prioritizeQualifications:3 plus years' experience as a Receptionist with experience in administrative proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Work with a sense of urgency.Proficient in Microsoft suite.Detail oriented.High School diploma or equivalent.ASGCO offers a competitive salary, progressive benefits package, including 401(k) with company match.
