About this Job: This position is offering a $10,000 Dollar Sign on Bonus This is a full-time 36 hour per week position weekends overnight position Friday-Sunday 7pm-7am. Medstar Health is looking fora Diagnostic Technologist to joinourteam! We are looking for foraregistered Radiology Technologist with excellent communication skills. The Diagnostic Technologistwill make a difference on our team by performing diagnostic medical radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures through interpretation. Sends images toappropriate destinationsfor interpretation. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of work areas. Reports any unsafe or potentially unsafe conditions. Maintains X-ray and other equipment in efficient operating order.Performs preventative maintenance regularly. Obtains patient history, answers patient questions, and explains procedures.Transports patients to radiographic room and prepares andmaintainsroom. Performs radiographic examinations. Prepares writtendocumentation suchas evaluation results, individualized treatment plans, and progress reports. Requests and orderssupply. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in the State of Maryland. Basic Life Support (BLS). Associate degreepreferred. This position has a hiring range of : USD $29.73 - USD $48.63 /Hr.
