PYA is seeking a Document, Data, and Quality Specialist to join its high-performing and privately-owned firm with a dynamic culture and a strong national reputation. Key responsibilities of this Revenue and Compliance Advisory teammate include:

• Document Production, Editing & Quality Review 
  • Prepare, edit, format, and finalize client-facing reports, proposals, presentations, and related deliverables
  • Review work products for accuracy, consistency, readability, branding, and overall professional quality
• Excel Production, Data Preparation & Analytical Support 
  • Clean, validate, organize, and maintain data used in reports, analyses, and client deliverables
  • Create and modify formulas, tables, pivot tables, and supporting schedules to improve data usability and reporting
  • Identify data inconsistencies, structural issues, and potential errors, documenting assumptions or limitations as needed
• Other Production, Coordination & Department Support Duties 
  • Manage a high-volume workload by prioritizing requests, clarifying incomplete instructions, communicating status, and coordinating with team members to meet competing deadlines
  • Support department projects and continuous improvement by maintaining organized materials, documenting processes, and identifying opportunities to improve templates, workflows, tools, and production consistency

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of administrative, paralegal, paraprofessional, data analysis or related experience with a firm or corporation preferred 
• Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, with an emphasis in Word and Excel
• Ability to apply business rules, identify exceptions, recognize patterns, and draw logical conclusions from data
• Detail-oriented work ethic with a demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines when faced with multiple/competing tasks
