Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as needed. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care. Maintain detailed records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions. Requirements: TRANSFER ASSIST - LIFTING USING BODY WEIGHT/GAIT BELT/HOYER Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and assist with mobility. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies.
