Front Desk Coordinator

Are you a seasoned dental front office professional or dental receptionist who thrives in a patient-centered environment? Our forward-thinking dental practice in the Central Valley is seeking a dedicated front desk coordinator to manage patient scheduling, dental billing, and daily office operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and front desk operations with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate insurance verification, claims submission, pre-authorizations, billing inquiries, and treatment plan presentations
• Communicate effectively with both patients and clinical team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Uphold and contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and elevate the patient experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of dental front office or receptionist experience
• Strong knowledge of dental scheduling software, insurance processes, and patient communication
• A genuine passion for serving patients and supporting your team
• A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive, professional attitude that aligns with our patient-first culture
• Proficiency in Dentrix (highly preferred)

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday

Compensation & Benefits

• $47,840 - $58,240 per year, based on experience
