AI Implementation Specialist (Client Systems Architect)

Are you a strong communicator who understands AI and knows how to turn business challenges into practical process improvements? 

The VA Group is looking for an **AI Implementation Specialist (Client Systems Architect)** to help clients successfully adopt and maximize AI-powered solutions through MAVIS.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their workflows, identify operational challenges, gather feedback, and translate business needs into effective AI solutions. You will serve as the bridge between the client, their processes, and our AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate does not need to be a developer. Instead, we are looking for someone with **excellent communication skills, hands-on AI experience, and professional experience in training, operations, or process improvement**.

You should be comfortable analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and helping clients implement better ways of working.

## **Responsibilities**

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear, proactive, and empathetic communication.
* Conduct client consultations to understand business processes, challenges, goals, and operational requirements.
* Identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, efficiency, and workflow management.
* Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms to develop practical business solutions.
* Create, test, and refine AI prompts, instructions, and workflows based on client requirements.
* Translate client needs into structured, logic-based workflows and process solutions.
* Review existing processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Develop workflow recommendations, process documentation, SOPs, and Logic Blueprints when needed.
* Monitor AI performance and use client feedback to continuously improve solutions.
* Explain AI capabilities, workflows, and recommendations in clear, business-friendly language.
* Conduct client training, walkthroughs, and demonstrations to support AI adoption.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and AI solutions are properly aligned.
* Support client satisfaction, adoption, and long-term success with MAVIS.

## **Requirements**

* **Excellent communication skills**, both verbal and written.
* Strong active listening, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
* Hands-on experience using AI tools such as **ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms**.
* Understanding of basic **prompt engineering** and effective AI instruction.
* Professional experience in **Training, Operations, Process Improvement, Operations Analysis, or a related field**.
* Experience as a **Trainer, Operations professional, or Process Improvement Analyst** is highly preferred.
* Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
* Ability to analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
* Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable explanations.
* Comfortable working with workflows, SOPs, decision trees, and **if-this-then-that logic**.
* Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle feedback professionally and turn it into actionable improvements.
* Comfortable learning new AI tools, technologies, and systems.
* **No backend development or advanced programming experience is required.**
