What You Will Do:

As a Pedodontist Pediatric Dentist, you will provide top-quality dental care to children, managing up to 20 patients per day with a focus on standard pediatric cases. You will work a flexible schedule of 4-5 days weekly, with 8-hour shifts, ensuring a steady workflow and a balanced professional life. This role involves using advanced electronic medical records (Open Dental) to deliver efficient, precise care. You'll have the opportunity to develop a brand-new pediatric program from the ground up, making a lasting difference in the community.

Required Skills:

• Valid dental license and credentials to practice as a Pediatric Dentist in your state
• Proven experience in pediatric dentistry with a strong understanding of standard pediatric case management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with young patients and their families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in managing dental records and documentation (preferably with Open Dental)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience working in startup or growing practices
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
• Familiarity with Medicaid or insurance reimbursement processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric dental practice experience preferred
• Certification in Pediatric Dentistry (e.g., Board Certification or eligibility)

• Ability to start promptly by the scheduled start date
• Willingness to travel or commute to the practice location; travel expenses reimbursed on a case-by-case basis if applicable
• Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and adhering to all safety and industry regulations
