Inpatient LICSW: Clinical Social Work & Discharge Planning

Bournewood Health Systems is seeking a qualified Social Worker to provide direct clinical services to inpatients. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, facilitate individual and family therapy, and manage discharge planning. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work and be licensed or license-eligible. Experience in inpatient settings is preferred.
