Bilingual Onboarding & Spanish Orientation Specialist
Thompson Concrete Management LTD
Thompson Concrete Management LTD is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to work with Recruiting and HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. You will coordinate onboarding from offer through day one, guide new hires through required paperwork, and serve as the primary contact for questions. Spanish orientations will be conducted as needed.
