ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’m starting my 18th year as a State Farm agent and have been with the company for more than 24 years. Our team is made up of seven full-time members who are passionate about helping people and creating meaningful relationships with our customers.

We offer health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off, along with a work environment that’s both hardworking and supportive. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and am actively involved with Water Step, a nonprofit dedicated to providing clean drinking water worldwide.

Our office has a great vibe, with a team ranging in age from early 20s to mid-50s (I’m the “old man” of the group). We stay busy, and we like it that way, but we also make time to celebrate both big wins and small successes. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Troy Coulter - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
