As a Security Officer Customer Care Patrol Driver in Renton, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $22.87 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor activity, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols, escalating concerns through proper channels. Support Allied Universal and site leadership by completing reports, maintaining post orders, and following communication procedures during routine operations and/or unusual events. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
