This is your chance to work in a dynamic surgical environment with top-tier patient care and professional growth opportunities.Quick FactsLocation: 2600 Greenwood Road, Shreveport, LA 71103Start Date: 08/10/2026End Date: 11/07/2026Shift: 10-hour Days (Shift times: 0630-1500 or 1045-1915)Hours/Week: 40+ hoursEmployment Type: ContractLicenses/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CSFA or CSA certification required for surgical tech rolesExperience: Minimum of 2 years OR experience, robotic experience strongly preferredPay & BenefitsHourly Pay Rate: $50.92 per hourBenefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws, licensure, certifications, travel, and other reimbursements when applicableWhat You'll DoCirculate throughout the OR for various complex procedures, including robotic surgeries, neuro-spine, bariatric, urology, transplants, and general surgeries.Assist with case management for procedures such as Craniotomies, Aneurysm Clipping, Laminectomy, Fusions, and Discectomies.Prepare and maintain sterile environments and equipment.Support anesthesia and surgical teams in patient care before, during, and after surgeries.Participate in holiday rotation and weekend on-call coverage as scheduled.Maintain compliance with hospital standards and protocols.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.What You NeedRequired:RN license in Louisiana or eligibleAt least 2 years of OR experience, including robotic surgery desiredCertifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CSFA or CSA for scrub tech rolesAbility to pass an EKG competency examPreferred:Experience with neuro, transplant, or cardiovascular surgeriesStrong teamwork and communication skillsFlexibility to work various shifts and holiday rotationsAbout the Assignment Join a leading facility in Shreveport, LA, that provides a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
