This is a 12-hour night shift, 36 hours/week position with 4 weekend shifts every 4 weeks and holiday coverage as needed.\n Position Highlights:\n \n Level I Trauma Center seeing 88,000+ annual visits\n 36 acute beds, 54 subacute beds\n Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4\n Cerner EMR\n Floating between affiliated ER locations as needed\n \n Responsibilities:\n \n Provide emergency care for trauma, cardiac, stroke, burn, psychiatric, and other critically ill patients.\n Perform rapid assessments, prioritize treatment, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.\n Interpret telemetry strips and deliver evidence-based emergency care.\n \n Requirements:\n \n Active RN license\n Minimum 2 years of ER experience\n At least 6 months of Level I Trauma experience\n BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC/ATCN preferred)\n Ability to pass pre-employment exams and skills validation\n \n About First Connect Health\n \n At First Connect Health, we take pride in being a Joint Commission–certified healthcare staffing agency, headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.
