Behavior Tech/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

This continuing effort has expanded BASS throughout Florida with intensive ABA centers specifically arranged to serve families. About This Role Join our team at BASS ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and positively impact the lives of children and their families. As an RBT, you will work directly with individuals receiving ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will provide ABA therapy in various settings and collaborate with a large team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs. Duties & Responsibilities Complete 40‑hour RBT training (paid) and pass the BACB RBT exam within 30 days of employment. Complete CPR training (paid) within 30 days of hire. Work 1:1 with BASS clients receiving ABA therapy. Collect electronic data as it relates to programming developed by the BCBA. Complete daily notes after each session and upload them into the relevant databases. Maintain open lines of communication with the BCBA regarding client progress. Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed. Be flexible to work at multiple locations throughout the work day. Qualifications High School Diploma Reliable transportation Physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, spend time on feet, and lift items up to 25 lbs. Pass a background check Preferred College graduate Previous experience with children with developmental disabilities. Experience working with children aged 1–8. Competitive compensation.
