Store Manager Trainee

Are you a hands-on learner? Colliflower is looking for a Store Manager Trainee to join our Horsham, PA team. This is a paid, comprehensive training program designed to teach you every aspect of our businessfrom mechanical hose assembly to inventory management and sales.

As a Store Manager Trainee, you will learn to manage all operations of a Colliflower store. We will train you in customer service, industrial hose assembly, and inventory management. We are looking for individuals with mechanical aptitude and a desire to grow professionally.

Career Path: This role is designed to teach you the skills needed to obtain a Store Manager position.

Paid Training: We invest in your development across multiple store locations.

No Nights: Schedule is Monday Friday 7:30AM - 5:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM 12:00 PM.

Technical Skills: Gain specialized trade in fluid connector solutions (Hydraulics).

Customer Service: Assist customers with technical inquiries and solutions.

Mechanical Fabrication: Learn to assemble and crimp industrial hoses using power tools and specialized machinery.

Operations: Order management, organize inventory, and handle sales transactions.

Leadership Prep: Work directly under a Store Manager to learn business administration and facility management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer-facing work experience.
• Mechanical Aptitude: You enjoy working with your hands and have an interest in how things work.
• Math Skills: Proficient in basic math; ability to read a tape measure and learn metric equivalents.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements & Environment

• Active Role: Work is performed in a workshop environment involving standing, bending, and reaching.
• Lifting: Ability to move up to 150 lbs with the aid of provided equipment (dollies/lifts) or via team-lifting.
• Tools: You will be trained to use hose saws, crimping machines, and standard office equipment.
