The Controller will work closely with our Regional Finance Director and our on-site leadership team to develop budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. You’ll oversee budgeting, period close, and financial reporting while partnering closely with operational leaders to drive compliance, efficiency, and profitability. What you’ll bring Experience managing financial operations for complex, multi-unit or national accounts. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Background leading closing cycles, consolidations, and compliance-focused reporting. Leadership experience mentoring teams and supporting financial capability development. Communication and executive presence suited for client-facing and senior leadership interactions.
