This is the perfect opportunity for high school students, college students, young adults or any customer service professional looking for a fun retail job with flexible scheduling. If you enjoy fashion, customer service, social interaction, and a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do As a Fashion Consultant, you'll help create an amazing shopping experience by: Greeting every customer with a smile Operating the cash register accurately and efficiently Tagging clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories Assisting customers with fitting rooms Answering questions and helping shoppers find items Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked Folding clothing and organizing displays Working as part of a fun, supportive retail team Helping maintain a positive, upbeat shopping environment We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Friendly and outgoing Reliable and punctual Positive with a great attitude Comfortable talking with customers Interested in fashion, trends, or thrift shopping Able to multitask in a busy retail environment Detail-oriented and organized Willing to learn and work as part of a team Qualifications Retail or customer service experience is a plus—but not required Cash handling experience is helpful Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Able to lift up to 30 pounds Weekend and evening availability required Why You'll Love Working Here 3 Weeks PTO 401(k) plan Flexible scheduling Employee discount Fun, fashion-focused work environment Opportunities for advancement Work with a supportive, energetic team Every day is different—new inventory arrives daily!
