Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings, ensuring optimal health and wellness for all patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health status, documenting changes and outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and health management.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
