LVN – MinuteClinic

Pay Rate: $37.17/hour

Schedule:

• Shifts range from 7–10 hours depending on clinic needs
• Scheduled during clinic operating hours
• Typical work week consists of 2–3 weekdays and every other weekend
• Schedule may vary based on clinic staffing and patient volume

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations and injections, including influenza, COVID-19, and TB test placements
• Obtain and document patient vital signs
• Assist with emergency care in collaboration with the on-site provider
• Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout procedures
• Support waiting room management and patient flow
• Conduct appointment scheduling and patient reminder/outreach calls
• Serve as a chaperone for sensitive examinations when needed
• Prepare and maintain clinic and waiting areas to ensure a positive patient experience
• Provide excellent patient-centered service and education

Required Qualifications

• Active LVN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience
• Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Department settings
• Experience administering immunizations and injections
• Ability to provide vaccine counseling and patient education
• Experience documenting in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR), preferably Epic
• Ability to obtain and accurately document vital signs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
