About the Position

Job Title: Pre Op/Post Op RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Catheterization Laboratory Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) Experience: Required experience to prep and recover patients for procedures such as Cardiac Catheterization, Peripheral interventions, and management of phase 2 post-sedation procedure patients. License: State license or multistate license required. Certifications: ACLS and BLS via AHA required. Must-Have: No hits on the license, no exceptions. Description: Looking for a prep and recovery RN for the Catheterization Laboratory. This is a prep and recovery position, not a direct cath lab role. The shift is 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., full-time, with no weekends or holidays, and no on-call responsibilities. Experience in preparing and recovering patients for cardiac catheterizations using groin and radial access techniques is required. Preferred experience includes TAVR/AAA endovascular procedure recovery and prep and post-care of interventional radiology procedures such as arteriograms, AV fistula care, biopsies, tube/drain placements, vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty, uterine artery embolization, and chronic cases of PE/DVT. All required certifications, licensures, and experience must be verified.
